Lumi-Petal Necklace | Stories of Silver

Stories of Silver crafted this necklace with two strands, secured by a simple handmade silver hook. The longer strand, measuring 42 cm, features small grain silver beads and a round pendant adorned with stamped flower motifs. The shorter strand, at 41 cm, is composed of tube-shaped silver beads.

This necklace celebrates the mindfulness of traditional silver-making processes, particularly the meticulous handcrafting of silver beads, an ancient technique practiced by only a few Thai Karen hill-tribe families in rural Northern Thailand. Each family specializes in unique bead shapes, contributing to a variety of styles.
